Tanya Leal Soto is a Mexican-American Producer and content creator for multiple platforms. She has worked in theatre, film, TV, Branded Content and art exhibits for the last 15 years. Over the past year and a half Tanya has dove into 360 & Virtual Reality Storytelling having been selected as a fellow for the Oculus diversity initiative, the Oculus Launchpad.
Tanya’s credits in 360 include ‘The Wicked Kind’, which was programmed in the Kaleidoscope VR Film Festival, the 360 Sci-fi short ‘Étienne’ which was commission for a futuristic art exhibit at the Think Tank Gallery in DTLA and showcased at Night on Broadway as well as the music video for ‘Falling out of love.’
Tanya also produced ‘Virtual, virtual reality,’ a 2 hour narrative game for Daydream that recently won best VR experience at the Google Play Awards. Currently Tanya freelances as a Creative Director & Producer for companies like Tender Claws, Jolt VR and VR Playhouse.
Jessica Kantor is an LA based director, producer and interactive storyteller. Jessica’s credits include a short VR film called THE ARCHER which was programmed in the Kaleidoscope VR Film Festival, Cucalorus Film Festival and the Liege Webfest. ASHES which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and went on to play at Arles VR Festival and Edinburgh Digital Festival. Jessica has created 360 videos for Miller Lite/ Pride.com, RallyBound, and Wiser Distillery.
Jessica directed ‘Be a T-Rex in Virtual Reality’ which is being featured on Youtube’s Best of 360 List and a 360 music video for Warner Music Artist Hunter Hayes . Along with an interactive 360 comedy of manners called DINNER PARTY (2017.)
Most recently Jessica launched VR Dance Project which was selected as part of Google’s JUMP start program. Jessica has also been selected as a filmmaker for Oculus’ VR For Good 2017 program where she’s making a dance piece for Infinite Flow a Wheelchair Dance Company.
